The founder of Catalyst Consulting International is John Darragh. John has been a strategy/marketing adviser for over 15 years and his direct experience includes working on the development and implementation of plans for growth with over one hundred companies in the UK, USA and Europe. His work is a blend of practicality gained from his line management experience, and insight from working with leading strategic thinkers.

All principal consultants have both commercial and consulting experience. This is a major difference from the large consultancies who tend to recruit staff mainly from Universities. They are experienced professionals who specialise in strategy development and implementation and who provide innovative perspectives through working in a variety of industry sectors.

All assignments, of whatever size, are led by a Principal Consultant who is directly involved in performing the work. Principal Consultants are always involved in doing work rather than supervising it. Our best people are working on your projects as opposed to selling the next project to another potential client.

We work with leading academics and have access to over 40 consultants with specialist skills who can "round out" the team.

We can offer Clients high quality consultants who deliver results at a lower cost than the major consultancies as we have a lean approach to overheads with no central office to support.
