About Us

We act as catalysts accelerating the development of the business and work in close partnership with the top management of Client organisations. Where appropriate, we engage our Client teams in a creative workshop format.

Our approach is based on 6 principles:

1. We seek to understand the Client’s issues and opportunities. Each Client’s situation is different, it has its own set of "fingerprints".
2. We tailor our solution. We don’t fit a standard formula.
3. We work jointly with the Client to discover the optimum solution in an open, collaborative and down-to-earth manner.
4. We take a ‘proactive’ doing role. The consultants you meet do the work, in contrast with some other consultancies where the real work is done by junior staff in a back office.
5. We understand the importance of Client ownership. It is key to implementation.
6. We are results-focused, not report-focused. We measure our success by what the Client does, not by how good the slides or theory was.
